sushi roll at Inigo, Soho

sushi roll at Inigo, Soho

With blow torched sushi rolls and punchy salad pots, Inigo is a newcomer to Soho but one we hope sticks around. Mostly a grab-and-go place, they do large uncut sushi rolls filled with a variety of ingredients ranging from fish to meat, and some vegan options too.

Blow torched at the counter to take the crispy seaweed wrapping up a notch, the food here is bold, filling and more than wallet friendly. For £7 you can get two rolls, or for £6 you can get one roll and one bulky salad. It will hit those food cravings right in the feels but not in your wallet!

They may not look particularly large in pictures or in person, but don’t forget these are stuffed with fillings.

A spicy tuna was densely packed with fish and a tangy hot sauce, and the miso broccoli was a vegan hit with loads of umami. They don’t skimp on the salads either. We tried a hefty portion of the Taiwanese aubergine with black vinegar and coriander, and other salad boxes looked more than large enough to satisfy.

All in all, a perfect Soho spot to stuff your face for under £8!
