STREET FOOD MARKETS | VARIOUS
The humble pie is many things to me; it will forever represent the perfect comfort food from my Antipodean childhood.
The only problem is that finding ones in London like those back home isn't an easy task. But, after seven years of searching, I've finally tracked them down at My Pie.
The pies here are exquisite and everything you didn't know you wanted. The double beef, with all it's chunky, meaty goodness, is my personal favourite. Pair that with a side - perhaps a healthy helping of buttery Maris Piper mash, or peas - add a slosh of gravy, and you've got yourself a full meal for £7. Even The Times food critic Giles Coren is a fan.
These guys are on the move quite a bit, but do tend to work with KERB and Southbank Centre Market. The best way to find out where they'll be popping up next is to keep tabs on their website and social media accounts, listed below.
