MOONG DAAL DOSA | HORN OK PLEASE | £5

BOROUGH MARKET SE1 | SOUTHBANK CENTRE MARKET SE1

Vegetarian food doesn't get a lot of love on the street food scene and what little there is isn't always great; meat sells and Londoners can't get enough of it.

However, at Horn OK Please, they prove vegetarian food can be delicious and nowhere is this more evident than in their Moong Daal Dosa.

Aromatic curried mashed potato is enclosed in a lentil-based wrap. Served with a side of awesome curried chickpea topped with chaat, pomegranate, yogurt and a mind-blowing tamarind sauce, it makes for a fantastic meal and is enough to turn even the most steadfast carnivore.
