Cure and Cut is a bright new deli on Monmouth Street in Seven Dials, with an enticing range of house-smoked and cured meats, sandwiches, salads and desserts, spread out on the counter for all to see.

Prices are pretty reasonable across the board, and slightly cheaper if you take out. You'll find the best value for your money in their fantastic salads (starting at £3 for a really decent quantity to take away) - think sweet potato, coriander, coconut, and chilli.

Add to that a delicious and large smoked sausage dog for £4.75, and you've got yourself a great meal on the go.

They also do a rather excellent reuben sandwich (£6.75 takeaway) but it's not quite sizeable enough to be a London Cheap Eat - perhaps one to share with some other eats if you go along with friends.
