KERB | VARIOUS
TimeOut recently came up with a list of top street food eats. At their number one spot was Kimchinery, and there is very good reason for that.
The genius of trader Hanna has taken the already awesome burrito to a whole new level by incorporating Korean-inspired flavours and ingredients.
My personal favourite is stuffed with gochujang chicken thigh, sesame-peanut winter greens, and smacked cucumber - it's a flavour bomb waiting to go off, and it tastes even better than it looks.
All of the burritos come on a toasted tortilla with kimchi fried rice, cheese, sesame slaw, spring onion relish, sour cream and extra kimchi, and all meat is from free range and native British breeds.

These guys are often on the move, but tend to frequent KERB markets. They do have a calendar on their website listing where they'll be, but it wasn't up to date at the time of writing. The best way to find out where Kimchinary might be popping up at is to keep tabs on their social media accounts.
