When it comes to London's street food stalwarts, there are few more iconic than the unanimously loved Yum Bun.

Serving up delicious hirata buns with a variety of 'far out' fillings (from pork to prawn to mushroom to duck), they've built a vast and loyal following that just can't get enough of their fluffy white pillows of joy.

As far as flavours go, for me it's all about the original slow roast pork belly with hoisin sauce, spring onions and cucumber; it tends to go down barely touching the sides.

More recently they've have started doing ice cream fried buns which are a game changer and should not be missed.  They come in flavours like coconut with miso butterscotch and peanut praline, and coffee with condensed milk. Yes please.
