Musician by day, Matt The List by night.
What started as a small blog three years ago, powering through a long list of quirky bars with friends, has grown into a full-on food, booze and photography tour of London (and beyond), that's threatening to fill up my online Google storage space.
I'm a Battersea local and anyone familiar with my Twitter feed will know I spend half of my life in Park Road Kitchen Rotisserie and Deli opposite my flat. When I'm not there, I can usually be found in Anspach & Hobday Brewery in Bermondsey, Mother Kelly's in Bethnal Green, or Bermondsey Arts Club on Tower Bridge Road.
Head to the blog for rambling write-ups and overgrown maps, or to Matt The Tumblr for photo-heavy posts if it's too early in the day for reading.

60 SECONDS WITH MATT
1. Where do you call home?
A cosy corner of Battersea, nowhere near a tube stop 🚇
2. By day / night you are?
A violin teacher for a musical charity / Matt The List - food and booze shutterbug 🎻
3. How many times do you eat out a week?
Way too many if you count lunch, but 2-3 times otherwise 🍴
4. What are your favourite London haunts for food and drink?
Italo Deli, The Dairy, Bleecker Burger, Brunswick House and The Good Egg 🍳
5. What would your final meal be?
Noma in Copenhagen? Cheese on toast? It depends on your mood, right?
6. What would you cook if you had friends coming over?
A giant mac n' cheese, a Thai green curry, or a tonne of pasta and pesto. Comfort food all the way 🍝
7. If you could eat at any restaurant in London, money being no object, where would it be?
I've still got a big to-do list with the likes of Clove Club, Typing Room and The Ledbury, but I reckon Restaurant Story is at the top of the pile 👑
8. What food people, famous or otherwise, do you most admire and why?
Joel of The Good Egg, Zan of Bleecker Burger, Mark of Street Kitchen, Jackson of Brunswick House, Ed of Rocket and Squash and many more - foodie entrepreneurs / risk takers doing what they love and knocking it out of the park
9. What's the last thing you ate before answering these questions?
A bagel with bacon and HP sauce. 2016 is going to be a good year 😏
10. What is your all time favourite #londoncheapeats?
I could go for one of London's many sourdough pizza joints as we are spoilt for choice, but it has to be my local deli Park Road Kitchen 👋
